About vehicles
All our motorhomes are very recent: none of our vehicles are more than 2 years old. We want your trip to be comfortable, safe and without unexpected events.
You can travel throughout Spain and Portugal with complete freedom. If you plan to travel outside the peninsula, simply consult with us before making your booking.
You will travel with everything you need: heating, refrigerator, sink, gas stove, shower and toilet. In addition, they have a 12V to 220V converter (up to 300W) for small electrical appliances, and our semi-integrated and coachbuilt motorhomes include an awning for enjoying the outdoors.
As a general rule, pets are not permitted on board. However, we may consider special cases upon prior agreement. In such cases, an additional charge may apply for cleaning or odour removal.
We advise you to travel light and avoid hard suitcases. Backpacks and soft bags fit better into the space and are much more comfortable.
Drivers
The main driver and additional drivers must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for more than 2 years.
Yes, you can do so by paying the corresponding extra charge. All drivers must report to the base to identify themselves and sign the contract.
Reservations and payments
The final price consists of the daily rate (depending on the season) plus any extras you choose. Each day of hire is equivalent to a 24-hour rate.
To confirm the booking, 30% of the total amount is paid as a deposit. The balance is paid at the time of the delivery of the motorhome.
Yes. Upon delivery, a deposit of XXXXX euros must be paid by credit or debit card (in the name of the lessor). The motorhome cannot leave the base until the deposit has been paid. Insurance and services included
All our motorhomes are covered by comprehensive insurance with an excess of XXXXX euros per claim. The excess cannot be waived.

Delivery and returns
Deliveries and returns are made Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 18:00. We will ask you to inform us of your arrival time at the base at least 7 days in advance. The exact return time will be confirmed on the day of delivery.
- Motorhomes are delivered completely clean, inside and out, and must be returned in the same condition:
The interior must be clean and free of rubbish. - The refrigerator, sink and kitchen must be scrubbed.
- The clean and grey water tanks must be emptied before returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned in the proper condition, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will be charged.
The delivery of the vehicle takes approximately one hour. During that time, our team will explain in detail how everything works and will give you a key to the vehicle. a15> it all works and give you some tips for the journey. We recommend that you do not plan any long journeys on the first day, so that you can familiarise yourself with the size and handling of the motorhome at a leisurely pace.
Delivery and returns
If an accident, theft, fire or damage caused by animals occurs, contact the police and us immediately. You must also inform the rental station and submit the duly completed accident report. You should not admit liability for the incident, except in an "Amicable Accident Statement".
